Its rooms and suites all face the Mediterranean, with an infinity pool cut into the cliff and Cap-Martin falling away below. Dining is a roster of names: abc kitchens riviera by Jean-Georges Vongerichten on the top floor, La Piscine by Jean-Georges, and seasonal beach dining on the shore.
