The entire archipelago is rented as a single whole-island reservation, never as individual villas or rooms. Five separate villas (including Beach House, Pier House, and Highview) provide 12 suites and bedrooms across the property, sleeping up to 24 guests, each villa positioned on its own stretch of sand with its own living and dining spaces filled with pieces Copperfield has collected on his travels. A staff of roughly 30, including a private chef, dive and watersports instructors, and a dedicated island manager, is included in the rental and turns over entirely for each new group, meaning no other guests are ever present on the property. Nightly rates are reported to start around $57,000 for up to 12 guests with a 5-night minimum, rising with additional guests to a maximum of 24, placing it among the highest per-night private-island rentals anywhere.
