Vineyard estate resort · Cerretto Langhe, Alta Langa

A contemporary 39-room resort set across roughly 104 acres of vineyards, hazelnut groves and woodland in the higher Alta Langa, opened in 2021. Architecture in brick and stone echoes the rolling hills, and floor-to-ceiling glass frames views toward the castle of Serralunga d'Alba and, on clear days, the alpine arc and Monviso. Sustainability is structural rather than decorative: geothermal and photovoltaic energy, recycled water for irrigation and a ban on single-use plastics. Facilities include a full spa, outdoor pool, the Sori garden-to-table restaurant and the estate's own wine production.
